His commitment to so many of Virginia's education institutions has helped build the firm's reputation, standing and level of experience. Montie's efforts, particularly in construction administration of key projects, have consistently advanced the quality of the firm's work, gained the confidence of owner and contractor teams, and ensured the success of many important commissions. Montie continues as a valued member of the studio and mentor to several developing architects.
