Todd
Bullard, AIA
| Principal
Todd brings over 20 years of educational project management experience
to the VMDO team. Todd has successfully completed an array of elementary
and secondary schools, many of which have been recognized for design
excellence. He is experienced in providing the full range of architectural
services, from the preparation of feasibility studies and conceptual
design to construction administration. In particular, Todd brings
special technical expertise to the firm with his knowledge of construction
technology, scheduling, cost estimating, and extensive familiarity
with building code requirements.
