Daylight Stables in northern Albemarle County, Virginia is home to over
28 thoroughbreds bred and trained to become champion racehorses. The 26,000
square foot barn, built through a design/build process in 2001/2002, occupies
a prominent site overlooking fields and paddocks. The parti is derived
from the basic functions of the barn as administrative center and boarding
and breeding facilities, arranged around a central courtyard where potential
buyers are treated to private showings. |
