A creative marketing strategist and seasoned communications professional, Celeste joined VMDO in 2025 as Marketing Manager, bringing more than two decades of experience in the A/E/C industry.

At VMDO, Celeste leads marketing efforts across offices, coordinating and collaborating with design teams on pursuits, strategizing communications initiatives, and supporting business development. Her background as a graphic designer informs a holistic and visually driven approach to marketing where she integrates design thinking and strategic storytelling to craft engaging narratives.

Celeste holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from Drexel University and is passionate about communicating ideas that advance design excellence and strengthen the connection between people and place.
