Emily has over fifteen years of experience in the field of Human Resources, primarily in the arts and nonprofit sector in Charlottesville. After working with museums and educational organizations, she found that her true passion is supporting others and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Human Resources has many facets and exists in nearly all enterprises; but, Emily is drawn to places like VMDO where staff have a deep love of the mission and creativity that drives their work.
